J5 Concierge Services

     Our fleet affords flexibility of vehicles ranging from mid-size Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV) to 15 passenger sprinter vans. J5 understands punctuality and convenience is important to our customers. To mitigate risk of vehicle issue and our customer’s schedules being affected we perform preventive maintenance inspections, serviced our vehicles in accordance with manufactures recommended mileage schedule, and maintain a fleet maintenance schedule managed internally to ensure we have an adequate amount of vehicles to service our contracts at all time.  Vehicles are registered and insured for operation in the state of Alabama and Tennessee. We sanitized and inspect the interior of our vehicles each day for every event, and assure exterior is clean and presentable.

     Our drivers are courteous, professional, attentive and safety is their upmost concern. We supply service-oriented experienced drivers to guarantee a pleasant commute between destinations. J5 drivers are train and educated in pre-trip inspection, initial defensive driving, basic control skills, basic operations, emergency stop procedures, seasonal weather conditions, concierge services. Every customer is a VIP. Customer’s are provided a peaceful and secure environment, and access to concierge to assist in dinner, recreational, and entertainment in the Greater Huntsville area with our drivers.

     As premiere private transportation organization we J5 delight in planning and execution of services, resulting in 100% of customer’s on time departures and arrivals. Upon request for services J5 develops a strategic plan to adhere to the customer’s schedule by; determine routes with alternates routes consisting of the same amount of travel time in the event of road work or accidents. We analyze traffic patterns to specific times of travel, congestive areas with greater Huntsville, and weather conditions.
