Meet the Founder
LaToya Fletcher
J5 Security Services was founded in 2016 by LaToya Fletcher, CEO. I have been a FSO (Facility Security Officer) for government contractors since 2005. I am a Consultant for several small businesses for DOD (Department of Defense) contractors.
In 2023, J5 matured to preeminent transportation services for various clients ranging from vast industries. We provide a fleet of vehicles that satisfy the needs of customer; with the ability to transport a celebrity in a vehicle with privacy amenities.
We also have several HBCUs under us that we support as consultants to ensure the security needs for each University. Our accomplishment is we have over 10 Superior Ratings with DOD.

About LaToya Fletcher
LaToya Fletcher is the CEO and President of J5, LLC and provides
executive oversight in the areas of marketing and communications,
recruiting, customer relations, and the day-to-day activities that are
essential to the success of a small business. She has over 20 years of
experience as a Facility Security Officer, Information System Security Manager, and Information System Security Officer, and is an expert in industrial, physical, information, and government security. LaToya received her Bachelors in Criminal Justice and is a member of NCMS.
